Oasis Mental Health Centers is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Paramus, NJ team. You will provide medication management, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with the care team to expand our TMS and Spravato services.

Candidates must hold NJ PMHNP-BC or equivalent, possess a valid DEA license, and have outpatient experience. We offer a patient‑centered, supportive environment and opportunities to shape a growing program.

Competenze

• Licensed in New Jersey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients requiring medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with additional TMS and Spravato providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medicationManagement services.
