Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Paramus, NJ office. The role focuses on psychiatric medication management, TMS, and Spravato, requiring a valid DEA and CDS in New Jersey.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and motivated to help grow our medication management service line within a supportive and innovative mental health practice.

Qualifications

• NJ license as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or APN with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with additional TMS and Spravato providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.
