Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Paramus, NJ to lead medication management and TMS/Spravato services. The role requires NJ licensure and DEA with prescriptive authority, and emphasizes collaborative, patient-centered care in a growing mental health practice.

The ideal candidate will have outpatient psychiatric medication management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to implementing evidence-based treatment

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as a PMHNP-BC or equivalent NP with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications per guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate with TMS and Spravato providers for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in team meetings and program development as services expand.
