Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to lead medication management and collaborate on TMS and Spravato treatments. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop and monitor treatment plans, prescribe psychotropic meds, document in the EMR, and work with a multidisciplinary team to expand services.

Candidates must hold NJ licensure, a DEA license, and prefer outpatient experience; strong communication and collaborative

Qualifications

Licensed in New Jersey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or equivalent.
DEA license with prescriptive authority.
Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management preferred.

Responsabilités

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for medication management, TMS, and Spravato.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with patients and care team.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with guidelines and state regulations.
Collaborate with TMS and Spravato providers for integrated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development.
