Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our expanding medication management service line. The role focuses on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, TMS, and Spravato, with collaboration across a supportive care team.

The ideal candidate holds NJ licensure as a PMHNP-BC or APN with psychiatric certification and a DEA license, and has outpatient practice experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients requiring medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with additional TMS and Spravato providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.
