Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in Paramus, NJ seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to lead medication management, TMS and Spravato programs. The role requires a NJ license and DEA with prescriptive authority.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe psychotropic meds and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to expand services while maintaining thorough EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP-BC in New Jersey with DEA license.
• Outpatient psychiatric medication management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients requiring medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with additional TMS and Spravato providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.
