Oasis Mental Health Centers seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with DEA and CDS in New Jersey to join our Paramus, NJ office. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and motivated to help shape a growing medication management service line within a supportive mental health practice.

Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and coordinating with TMS/Spravato providers while maintaining EMR documentation and participating in team meetings.

Competenze

• Licensed in New Jersey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients requiring medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with additional TMS and Spravato providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.
