Job summary

Headlight seeks PMHNPs with a 103 status to join our team in Southern California. This full-time, hybrid role requires at least 3 days a week in-office with a supportive clinical leadership structure.

We offer back-end admin support, cutting-edge technology for charting, and a collaborative environment where clinicians maintain autonomy while receiving supervision and guidance from experienced therapists and psychiatrists.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of post-licensure experience in a psychiatric clinical setting.
• Master's degree in Nursing with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing.
• Board Certification via ANCC or AANP.
• Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Active DEA in the prescribing state.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders.
• Work a hybrid model with 3–4 days in office per week.
• Offer individual and group therapy to patients.
• Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families about mental health.
• Participate in community outreach and education.
