Job summary

Headlight in Southern California is seeking a PMHNP to join our hybrid, full-time clinical team, with 3 in-office days per week.

Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, provide individual and group therapy, prescribe medications when appropriate, and maintain detailed patient records while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

This 103-status role offers base pay plus a monthly billed-hour bonus, with total compensation anticipated between $152,000 and $210,800 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience post licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting.
• Master's degree in Nursing with a PMHNP specialization.
• Board Certification via ANCC or AANP.
• Active state licensure as PMHNP and DEA as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Work a hybrid model with 3+ days in office.
• Offer individual and group therapy.
• Prescribe and monitor medications as needed.
• Maintain detailed patient records and progress notes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families about mental health.
