Job summary
Headlight is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, hybrid position in Southern California. You will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, provide individual and group therapy, and oversee medication management with strong clinical support and supervision.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing with a psychiatric specialization is required.
- Board certification by ANCC or AANP is required.
- Valid state PMHNP licensure and active DEA license required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
- Work a hybrid model with in-office days (3–4 days/week).
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy.
- Prescribe and monitor medications when needed.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records and progress notes.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families about mental health.
- Engage in community outreach and education.
