Headlight is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to diagnose and treat mental health conditions in a hybrid setup in Southern California. The role includes individual and group therapy, medication management, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ months post-licensure experience in psychiatric clinical setting.
• Master's in Nursing with psychiatric specialization required.
• Board certification (ANCC/AANP) and active PMHNP license.
• Active DEA in clinic location.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
• Work a hybrid model with 3–4 days in the office per week.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Prescribe and monitor medications as appropriate.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
