Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving and departing the hotel and hold doors open.
• Carry luggage to guest rooms and tag/store luggage accurately.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van.
• Know hotel facilities and hours to provide directions and recommendations.
• Promote hotel amenities to guests (restaurant, spa, lounge).
• Respond to bell services requests within 2 minutes.
