Qualifications

• Must have 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience.
• PM and Sunday availability is required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Operate line and prep stations in a fast-paced scratch kitchen.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper food temps.
• Maintain a clean station and follow sanitation protocols; assist with opening and closing duties.
