Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC in Bozeman, MT is seeking a PM Sous Chef to lead a full-service kitchen and elevate dining for residents. You will partner with the Executive Chef to set high standards for quality, menus, and events, while guiding the kitchen team and managing costs.

Responsibilities include maintaining food safety, mentoring staff, and ensuring timely, appetizing meals. A culinary degree or formal training is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience leading in a full service kitchen.
• Experience holding others to food safety standards & sanitation practices, and inspiring a culture of workplace safety.
• Strong communication and active listening skills, excellent speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proven leadership and team-building ability.
• Established decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills. Has the ability to set priorities, organize time, demonstrate initiative and work independently.

• Executing company-standard menus and seasonal features efficiently.
