Job summary

Radiant Senior Living's Bozeman Lodge in Bozeman, MT is seeking an Executive Chef / Dining Services Manager to lead a 150-resident dining program. You will oversee menu execution, food quality, staffing and resident satisfaction while creating a warm, relationship-focused dining experience.

You will mentor the culinary team, optimize operations, control costs and ensure safety and compliance, partnering with residents and families to continuously improve dining.

Qualifications

• Professional culinary or food-service management experience.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Experience with food ordering, inventory and cost control.
• Ability to manage high-volume operation.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of high-volume kitchen serving ~150 residents.
• Oversee meal preparation, production, presentation and service.
• Ensure meals are flavorful, nutritious and served at correct temperature.
• Maintain and elevate recipes, menus and food presentation.
• Accommodate special diets and physician-ordered dietary needs.
• Recruit, train and develop culinary and dining team members.
• Schedule staff to meet operational needs.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor budgets, purchasing and inventory.
