Job summary

Bozeman Lodge, a Radiant Senior Living Community, is seeking an Executive Chef / Dining Services Manager to lead a high-volume kitchen for 150 residents, focusing on menu execution, quality, staff development and resident satisfaction.

You will recruit and coach culinary teams, manage budgets and procurement, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with residents and families to deliver meals that are nutritious, flavorful, and warmly presented every day.

Qualifications

• Previous professional culinary or food-service management experience.
• Supervise and develop kitchen staff.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Experience with food ordering, inventory and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of a high-volume kitchen serving approximately 150 residents.
• Oversee meal preparation, production, presentation and service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, flavor and temperature.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop culinary staff.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, storage, inventory and budgets.
