Job summary

Rising Ground in New York City is seeking a Shift Supervisor (PM) to provide operational leadership in their residential treatment program for youth. This on-site role requires oversight of therapeutic and administrative duties, staffing coordination, and crisis management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a relevant setting and strong leadership skills. Flexibility in scheduling and being on-site across program locations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential treatment or similar setting.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site leadership point person during assigned shifts.
• Lead crisis response efforts and deploy staff as needed.
• Supervise and coach Childcare Workers during assigned shifts.
