Responsibilities

• Ensure all staff are up to date with required training.
• Develop and manage weekly staff schedules for programs and transports.
• Oversee youth medical and mental health appointments and therapy coordination.
• Supervise staff, co‑facilitate weekly meetings, and step in for Residence Manager when needed.
• Perform site inspections, submit repairs, and monitor safety standards.
