Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Enhanced Level III services and provide staff development on second shift.
• Oversee treatment planning, group therapy, and family involvement for adolescents.
• Monitor progress, document notes, and report to leadership; manage admissions and referrals.
• Supervise floor staff, ensure safety, and rotate on-call crisis intervention as needed.
