Job summary

Playa Largo Autograph in Key Largo, FL, is seeking a hospitality-focused server to provide exceptional guest service in our dining outlets. You will take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining a clean dining area and equipment.

Requirements include at least one year in a public-facing role, age eligibility for alcohol service, and strong communication with guests and staff. Food safety training and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a public-facing role.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol.

• ServSafe or other food safety training.

Job description

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
