Shaner Hotels offers a Hospitality position at Playa Largo Resort & Spa in the Florida Keys—a five‑star resort featuring 175 luxury rooms, private bungalows, a beach house, a banquet ballroom, a marina, spa, courts, and four restaurants & bars.

Shaner Hotels is a leading owner‑operator and management company with over 65 properties and 7,500 rooms across 14 states and four countries.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food & Beverage Department.
• Maintain food and beverage safety and quality according to hotel, Shaner, and franchise specifications.
• Maintain communication with the General Manager, other Department Managers, Supervisors, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Collect payments and assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
