Job summary

Willow Creek Health Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) on the PM shift to supervise day-to-day nursing activities and ensure the highest quality of resident care. You will work under the DON/ADON to maintain care standards and resident satisfaction, administering medications and coordinating with the care team.

The role requires an active California RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience; long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; no new graduates at this time.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee quality care during the PM shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

**Registered Nurse (RN) – NOC Shift** **Willow Creek Health Care Center** **Pay range $40.00-$45.00\\*\\*\\*\\*Ask about our Sign-on Bonus\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*** **Schedule:** Full-Time, PM Shift### **General Purpose**The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during the PM shift. The Registered Nurse (RN) ensures that quality care is provided in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
