Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is seeking a Reservation Agent for the PM shift to assist guests with bookings, answer questions about rates and availability, and manage cancellations. You will maintain accurate reservation records and work with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong communication, and ability to learn our reservation system quickly. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in using reservation software or the ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with booking reservations.
• Providing information about services, rates and availability.
• Handling cancellations and changes to reservations as needed.
• Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
