Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Georgia is seeking a Reservation Agent for the PM shift. You will assist customers with reservations, provide information on services, rates and availability, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities include answering calls, handling cancellations or changes, maintaining accurate reservation records, and collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
