Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Texas seeks a PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to deliver rehabilitative care at designated SNFs. You’ll work with post-acute teams to optimize outcomes and patient independence, in a 32-hour W-2 schedule with 9am–4pm hours and a 4-day work week option.

Qualifications include NP/APRN/PA license in Texas, post-acute experience preferred, and ability to work autonomously. The role offers substantial benefits, a competitive salary, and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP/PA/Physician Assistant in Texas.
• Post-acute/SNF experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services at designated SNF/post-acute center.
• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Support management of common SNF conditions (CVAs, neurological issues, post-op surgeries).
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Engage in culture building and ongoing education.
