Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Brownsville, TX seeks a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver specialized Physiatry services at a designated SNF/post-acute rehab center, collaborating with the inter-disciplinary care team.

The role is a 32-hour W-2 position, full-time with a 4-day work week and hours typically 8 AM to 5 PM. We offer a competitive salary, generous benefits, CEU reimbursement, a virtual scribe, relocation support, and ongoing professional growth within a physician-owned group.

Qualifications

• NP/APRN/PA license and Texas licensure required.
• Experience in post-acute/SNF setting preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously within a team-based care model.

Responsabilités

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Lead and collaborate with facility interdisciplinary team.
• Co-manage conditions common in SNFs and post-acute care.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve function and quality of life.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and support culture building.
