Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/PA/Physician Assistant to provide PM&R services at designated SNFs. The role offers autonomy, a standard 8-hour day (8 AM–5 PM), and a strong team-based environment with therapy and medical collaboration.

The ideal clinician will have post-acute/SNF experience, Texas licensure, and the ability to work in the U.S. The position is full-time with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner/APRN/PA in Texas.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• Post-acute/SNF experience preferred.
• 40 hours per week.
• Clinician with autonomy to manage daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with clinical leadership and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage SNF conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve function and quality of life.
• Follow therapy patients to track progress.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy and internal medicine.
• Engage in culture-building opportunities and ongoing education.
