Comprehensive Rehab Consultants seeks a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to provide specialized physiatry services at a designated SNF/post-acute rehab center in Middleborough, MA. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with therapy teams, and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner/APRN/PA license required.
• Massachusetts license required.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• Post-acute space experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Collaborate with the facility team and PCPs.
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function.
• Follow patients’ therapy progress and assist in barrier management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing education.
