Job summary
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a NP/PA PM&R Clinician to deliver specialized Physiatry services at a designated SNF in Marion, MA. The role is a 32-hour W-2 position with a 4-day workweek and daytime hours, designed for flexible balance and patient-centered care.
You will collaborate with rehab teams, PCPs, and facility staff to improve function and outcomes for geriatric patients, with dedicated education, malpractice coverage, and a strong growth culture, including leadership
Qualifications
- License required: NP/APRN/PA and Massachusetts license.
- Experience in post-acute space preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Desire for continuous improvement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
- Represent CRC with clinical leadership in your facility.
- Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF/post-acute care needs.
- Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function and quality of life.
- Track patient progress and address therapy barriers.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and culture-building activities.
