Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center in Cincinnati, OH. The role is 32 hours weekly, a W-2 position, with a schedule around 9 AM to 4 PM and a four-day work week.

You will collaborate with PT/OT/SLP teams, lead the facility’s interdisciplinary care, and benefit from a robust education program, generous benefits, and a path toward clinical leadership

Qualifications

• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hospital-free setting.
• Strong patient-centered care mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in the facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF care of CVA and neuro conditions.
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP to improve function and independence.
• Follow therapy progress and manage therapy barriers with the team.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and support culture building.
