Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Overland Park, KS, seeks a PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to provide specialized rehabilitative care at a designated SNF/post-acute center. This full-time W-2 role features hours around 9 AM–4 PM and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• NP/APRN/PA license required.
• Kansas license required.
• Experience in post-acute space preferred.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• Desire to deliver best patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in the facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams to manage SNF conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve patient function.
• Follow patients to track progress in therapy.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine.
• Engage in culture-building and ongoing education.
