Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is hiring a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to provide specialized PM&R services at designated SNF/post-acute centers in Bellevue/WA area. The role is a 40-hour, full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team including PT/OT/SLP, PCPs, and facility staff, ensuring optimal rehabilitative outcomes and patient independence. Excellent WA licensure and post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-acute/post-SNF healthcare experience preferred.
• Licensed NP/PA/APR N with WA license in good standing.
• Ability to work in the U.S. required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in facilities with clinical leadership and care teams.
• Collaborate with PCPs to manage SNF conditions (CVA, neurological issues, postop ortho).
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Track progress and address barriers to therapy (pain, spasticity, neurogenic issues).
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and clinical leadership development.
