Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a part-time PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to deliver specialized PM&R services at a designated SNF in Lebanon, VA. You will work with a post-acute therapy team to optimize outcomes and promote independence, with autonomy over daily workflow.

The role emphasizes collaboration with PCPs and therapy services to address conditions common in SNFs, while offering growth opportunities and a supportive, physician-owned environment.

Qualificações

• NP/PA licensure in Virginia and ability to practice in the U.S.
• Experience in post-acute or SNF settings preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP and therapy teams to manage common SNF conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine.
