Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Lebanon, VA is seeking a part-time NP/PA/PM&R clinician to provide specialized PM&R services in a designated SNF or post-acute rehab setting. This 16-hour/week W2 role offers autonomy, strong clinical leadership opportunities, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

You will work weekday 8-hour days, typically 8 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call obligations. Virginia license and NP/APRN/PA credentials required; post-acute experience preferred; compensation

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in facility with strong clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams on SNF conditions (CVA, neurological, postoperative).
• Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve function and quality of life.
• Follow therapy patients to track progress.
• Assess and manage barriers to therapy (pain, spasticity, neurogenic issues).
• Be integral to the SNF team and attend multidisciplinary meetings.
• Engage in culture-building and ongoing education.
