Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Vermont is seeking an NP/PA PM&R Clinician to provide specialized PM&R services at a SNF/post-acute rehab center. This part-time 16-hour W2 role focuses on autonomy, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and improving patient function.

Responsibilities include leading care at the facility, coordinating with PCPs, and supporting therapy teams, with flexible weekday hours around 9 AM–4 PM, and benefits such as malpractice coverage and CEU opportunities.

Qualificações

• Post-acute care experience preferred.
• Autonomy in clinical workflow with strong collaboration with care team.
• Empathy and compassion for geriatric patients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in your facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF/post-acute conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP teams to improve function.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy and medicine.
