Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to deliver specialist services at designated SNFs and post-acute centers in Texas. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with inter-disciplinary teams, and leadership in patient care within a fast-growing, physician-owned environment.

Located in Texas, the role offers flexible schedule around 9 AM - 4 PM and opportunities for advanced training, education reimbursement, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner, APRN or Physician Assistant license required.
• Texas license required.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• Post-acute/SNF experience preferred.
• Strong bedside manner and autonomy in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant in SNF or post-acute centers.
• Represent CRC in the facility with strong clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCPs and interdisciplinary teams to manage post-acute conditions.
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP teams to optimize patient function and independence.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine.
• Engage in culture building and ongoing education within the regional team.
