Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to provide rehab services at a designated SNF/post-acute rehab center in Richmond, VA. The role emphasizes autonomous practice with strong collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.

We offer physician-owned culture, ongoing physiatry education, generous benefits, and a schedule around 9 AM–4 PM. This full-time position includes salary in the $95k–$125k range with bonus opportunities and ample professional development.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner/APRN/PA license in Virginia.
• Post-acute/SNF experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in SNF settings.
• Strong interpersonal and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and CRC in facility.
• Coordinate with PCP teams for SNF/post-acute conditions.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and bridge therapy with internal medicine.
