Job summary
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Edmond, OK seeks a PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to provide Specialist PM&R services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize rehabilitation outcomes and patient independence.

Qualifications
- NP/APRN/PA license required.
- Oklahoma license required.
- Ability to work in the U.S.
- Post-acute/Post-acute care experience preferred.
- Great attitude and desire to deliver the best patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
- Represent CRC in the facility with strong clinical leadership.
- Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF/post-acute conditions.
- Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function.
- Monitor progress and follow therapy outcomes.
- Address barriers to therapy including pain, spasticity, neurogenic issues.
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings and support culture building.
- Engage in ongoing education and regional team activities.
