Job summary

Liscios Italian Bakery is seeking an entry level Pastry Associate in Glassboro, NJ. You will bake, pack, and organize customer orders, while assisting in scaling, mixing, and baking a variety of cakes and pastries. Maintain consistent quality and precise frostings.

Candidates must be 18+, eligible to work in the United States, and able to work a 5:00PM–1:00AM PM shift, including weekends and holidays. Overtime may be required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and read production documents is

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule, PM shift 5:00PM–1:00AM, 5 days a week incl. weekends/holidays.
• Overtime may be required by supervisor.
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to read documents and labels; follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Bake, pack, complete, and organize customer orders.
• Assist in scaling, mixing, and baking cakes and pastries.
• Maintain high quality and consistency of products.
• Mix frostings and fillings.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace.
• Move, unload, pack, label, stack and inventory ingredients and finished product.
