Job summary

Liscios Italian Bakery is seeking an entry level Pastry Associate in Glassboro, NJ. You will bake, pack, and organize customer orders, while assisting in scaling, mixing, and baking a variety of cakes and pastries. Maintain consistent quality and precise frostings.

Candidates must be 18+, eligible to work in the United States, and able to work a 5:00PM–1:00AM PM shift, including weekends and holidays. Overtime may be required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and read production documents is

Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: MAIN STREET WAREHOUSE - GLASSBORO, NJ 08028, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: Not Specified, Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.00 Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: PM Shift, Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service, As a Pastry Associate, you will be responsible for the baking, packing, completion, and organization of customer orders. You will be responsible for assisting in scaling, mixing, baking of various cakes and pastries. Maintain high level of quality, consistency of product. Mix frostings and fillings. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Keep accurate and consistent inventory of ingredients and finished product.This includes moving, unloading, packing, labeling, stacking, and other duties as needed. Candidates must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to follow instructions (written & verbal). Candidates must also be willing to follow all established policies and safety guidelines in a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, 8-10 hour shifts, 5 days a week including weekends and holidays. 5:00PM-1:00 AM
