Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• At least ten years of related engineering/scientific experience.
• Experience supporting PM&P program management functions such as control boards and manufacturing readiness reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support PM&P program management, including selection per risk tolerance and design reviews.
• Provide technical consultation on advanced semiconductor packaging for space applications.
• Lead cross-organizational teams and mentor staff in failure analysis and investigations.
• Represent the organization at technical meetings, presentations, and workshops.
