Salted in Austin is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will cook to Salted standards, assist with prep, and support a fast-paced kitchen.

We value teamwork, safety, and cleanliness; minimum 6 months kitchen experience required. This role offers weekend shifts and opportunities for growth with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 6 months of kitchen experience.
• Solid foundation in knife/prep work and cooking techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
