The Hotel at Avalon in Alpharetta, GA is hiring a dedicated line cook for a full-time PM shift. You will prep, cook, and plate to recipe specifications, assist with mise en place, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items as needed.
• Good communication with servers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start and portion items, manage prep and line setup.
• Rotate and date per HEI standards and maintain proper temperatures.
• Keep buffet stocked and assist in inventory controls.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Attend work regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
