Job summary

The Perlant in Atlanta is seeking an AM Line Cook for daytime hours. You will open the kitchen, run the live-fire grill through lunch, and hand off to the PM team. This role emphasizes teamwork, growth opportunities, and hands-on mentorship in a wine-focused club environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of line experience, strong knife skills, and a collaborative mindset. Daytime shifts, weekends, and holidays are required. Competitive pay with benefits and growth potential within the club.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of line experience in a quality-focused kitchen.
• Solid knife skills; grill or live-fire experience is a plus.
• A team-first attitude and clear communication.
• Availability for daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for a full shift and lift heavy items with a teammate.

Responsibilities

• Open the kitchen and set up the station for the AM service.
• Run the live-fire grill through lunch and hand off to PM team.
• Maintain cleanliness, station organization and flow during service.
• Communicate needs and status with chefs throughout service.
• Support cross-training and growth toward leadership roles.
• Check out and pass off next-day prep with the kitchen team.
