Duke’s on 7 is seeking a Part-Time PM Line Cook to join our high-energy weekend dinner service. You’ll manage multiple stations, keep tickets moving, and ensure every plate meets our standards from prep through close.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced kitchen with strong teamwork and reliable, learn-on-the-job mindset. Weekend nights are required to power our busy service and guest experience.

The Weekend Rush

Your Night Shift

You clock in as the kitchen ramps up—music on, burners warming, the weekend crowd building. You get set with your station, check your mise, and sync up with the crew before the first wave hits. As the pace spikes, you stay calm and locked in, firing orders with sharp timing and quick call-backs. Between pushes, you reset, restock, and keep your space dialed so you’re ready for the next surge. When the last tickets clear, you close down strong, leaving the line clean and ready for the next night’s run.
