Clyde's Restaurant Group invites you to join the opening team for Ebbitt House in Reston, launching Oct 2026. As a PM Line Cook you will prepare American classics, set up stations, read orders, and uphold Clyde's high standards for food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, attentive, hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service.
• Experience as a cook desired, preferably in an upscale dining restaurant.
• Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed.

Opening October 2026 at Reston Station on the Silver Metro Line, Ebbitt House will serve up Old Ebbitt Grill's iconic American classics, twice-daily happy hours, an oyster-fueled raw bar, and towering seafood displays.
