Clyde's Restaurant Group is opening Ebbitt House in Reston, VA, and is building an opening team for a Barback. You will assist bartenders, keep the bar stocked, and maintain a clean, organized service area as part of a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages.
• Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary supplies (glassware, garnishes, liquor).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests and address inquiries or concerns.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before/after service.
