Responsibilities

• Inform guests of menu options and make recommendations.
• Relay orders to bar and kitchen using the POS system.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately.
• Establish a friendly, professional rapport with guests.
• Bus tables when the meal is completed and reset the table.
• Total and present the bill, accept payment, and make change.
• Address guest concerns with courtesy and respect.
• Extend closing greetings as guests depart.

• Relay orders to the bar and kitchen using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately
• Establish a friendly, professional rapport with guests
• Bus tables when the meal is completed and prepare the table for the next course
• Total and present the bill, accept payment, cash out the check, and make change
• Problem-solve guest needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect
• Extend closing greetings to guests as they leave, thanking them for their patronage
