Job summary

Capital One in New York, NY is hiring a Manager, Product Management for the Collections & Recoveries platforms. You will partner with technology, risk, and operations to design and launch new capabilities that help customers in financial hardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, OR Analytics, CS, etc.) OR Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and set the product roadmap for the CR platforms and initiatives.
• Partner with engineers, analysts, risk, and legal to design and launch new product capabilities.
• Drive delivery to bring strategy to life and improve customer outcomes through data-driven decisions.
