Job summary

Capital One is hiring for a Manager, Product Management role focused on Collections & Recoveries Platform, Offers, Integration, and Experience. You will partner with technology, risk, and business teams to design and launch data-driven product capabilities that improve recovery outcomes and consumer experiences.

This hybrid role involves leading discovery, setting roadmaps, and delivering scalable solutions with a focus on speed-to-insight and high-impact customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing; OR Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology teams, business analysts, process managers, operations, risk and legal to design and launch new product capabilities.
• Lead discovery, set the product roadmap, and drive delivery to realize strategic goals.
• Bridge data infrastructure gaps to accelerate manageability and analytics readiness for data analysts and business analysts.
• Collaborate with risk management and enterprise tech teams to maximize data value and accelerate speed-to-insight for analytics communities.
